Each individual natural person is permitted to register and maintain exactly one (1) Account on ak999. Where multiple Accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, ak999 reserves the right to close all such Accounts, void all bonuses claimed across those Accounts, and withhold any balances pending a full investigation.
You warrant that all information provided at the time of registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and email address — is accurate, complete, and current. You undertake to update this information promptly through ak999 support if it changes. Provision of false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction. ak999 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate for use in all jurisdictions. Players accessing ak999 from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility. ak999 accepts no liability for any consequences arising from such access.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any Two-Factor Authentication codes associated with your Account. ak999 will never contact you by any means — email, SMS, telephone, or live chat — to request your password or OTP codes. Any such communication purporting to be from ak999 and requesting your credentials is fraudulent. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
You must notify ak999 support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account, or if your credentials have been compromised. ak999 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials or where you have shared your credentials with a third party.

ak999 does not process incomplete, failed, or reversed transactions. If a deposit is credited to your Balance but subsequently reversed by your payment provider, ak999 reserves the right to reverse any associated gameplay, bonus claims, and winnings derived from that deposit, and to recover the reversed amount from any positive Balance in your Account.
All withdrawal requests from ak999 are subject to completion of the KYC identity verification process. Until KYC is completed to ak999's satisfaction, withdrawal requests will be held pending. ak999 may request, without limitation, a copy of a valid Pakistani national identity document (CNIC), proof of address, and verification of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to the Account Balance.

All Bonus Funds have an expiry period as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus Funds not wagered within the validity period will be automatically removed from the Account. Any winnings generated from expired Bonus Funds that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon expiry. ak999 accepts no liability for expired bonuses.
All games available on the ak999 Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited by recognised third-party testing laboratories. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for all games is published in each game's information panel. All content, materials, and intellectual property on the ak999 Platform — including but not limited to the ak999 brand name, logo, game assets, software, interface design, text, graphics, promotional materials, and data compilations — are the exclusive property of ak999 or its licensed content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the ak999 Platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, or used in any derivative work without the prior written consent of ak999 or the relevant rights holder.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ak999, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensed partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other intangible loss.
ak999's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any and all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposits made by you to your Account in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ak999 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other malicious code. ak999 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from Platform downtime, technical failures, third-party payment provider failures, or force majeure events beyond ak999's reasonable control.

Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure. ak999 will process Account closure requests within five (5) business days of receipt. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ak999's international gaming licence jurisdiction.
